The President imposed sanctions on the Arricano Group.

The following persons were sanctioned by the Decree dated 22.06.2025:

  • Teder Gillar – owner of the Arricano Group
  • Estonian citizens associated with the group
  • Arricano Real Estate Ltd (Cyprus) and other companies of the group

In 2024, the media reported that the group continued to do business in the occupied Crimea after 2014.

In Ukraine, the group owns 5 large shopping malls in Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia.

Sanctions were also imposed on Oleksandr Onishchenko and MP Artem Dmytruk.
