Ukraine’s use of the sanctions mechanism stabilizes.
2023 – 40 Decrees of the President of Ukraine on the application of sanctions, 28 of which in the first seven months. 2024 – only 4 decrees.
We predict that the President will adopt at least 2-3 Decrees on the application of sanctions by the end of the year. This forecast is justified by the expiration of sanctions against pro-Russian politicians and journalists, law enforcement and intelligence officers, and a number of Ukrainian and foreign companies.
However, “new” entities may be added to the sanctions lists.
