The President of Ukraine imposed 10-year sanctions on 5 individuals – citizens of Ukraine and Russia

On 20 July, the President of Ukraine imposed 10-year sanctions on 5 individuals – citizens of Ukraine and Russia.

The sanctions are imposed on individuals who publicly justify Russia’s armed aggression and obstruct the defence of Ukraine:

1. Yulia Latynina is a Russian journalist and video blogger with almost 1 million subscribers.
2. Nataliia Korolevska and Hennadii Balashov are former members of the Ukrainian Parliament.
3. Andriy Serebryansky is a Ukrainian blogger who opposed mobilization.
4. Tatyana Aksenenko – military correspondent of Z-channels of the Russian Federation.

This is not the first time that sanctions have been imposed for an anti-Ukrainian position.
