- Decree No. 810/2025 imposes sanctions for 10 years on 14 individuals, citizens of Ukraine and the russian federation.
The sanctions target individuals who spread russian narratives and justified the russian federation’s aggression against Ukraine.
Among them are:
- Kateryna Zharkikh – journalist for the sanctioned TV channel “112 Ukraine.”
- Ruslan Kalinchuk – member of Viktor Medvedchuk’s pro-russian organization “Another Ukraine”.
- Viktor Vyshnevets – founder of the Union of Orthodox Journalists, which incited religious hatred in Ukraine.
- Decree No. 811/2025 imposes sanctions for 10 years on 10 individuals and 31 legal entities.
Restrictions have been imposed on companies and executives that manufacture or supply critical equipment for the needs of the russian military-industrial complex.
Under sanctions are:
- Iranian companies – suppliers of military goods to Rosoboronexport JSC.
- Chinese residents involved in the supply of minerals and abrasive materials to russia.
- Kami Group – a leading supplier of industrial equipment to russia.
- Esfaji Baltika – a manufacturer of cryogenic panels for natural gas storage.
