The assets of the collaborators were recovered to the state. The HACC imposed sanctions on:
- two persons who held senior positions in a law enforcement agency established by the occupation authorities in Kherson region
- Co-chairman of the Regional Branch of the All-Russian People’s Front, which operated in the occupied Crimea
The sanction was also imposed on the Russian company Nevskaya Cosmetics.
The company supplied food and household chemicals for the needs of the Russian and DPR/LPR militaries, as well as the enemy’s military-industrial complex.
The following was recovered to the state revenue:
- 100 % of the authorized capital of PJSC VinnytsiaPobutkhim
- service station in Crimea
- 5 vehicles
- 2 land plots in Kherson region
- shares in 5 real estate objects (apartments, cafes)
- weapons
- approximately UAH 175,500
In total, in 2024, the HACC has already satisfied 17 claims for nationalization of property, including 3 in July.
We expect that the Ministry of Justice and the HACC will continue to be active in confiscating assets
of Russian Federation accomplices.
