Key responsibilities
- legal research and analysis of legislation and case law; preparation of analytical memoranda
- drafting legal opinions on sanctions-related risks
- preparation of procedural documents
- participation in developing sanctions challenge strategies – from legal arguments to media messaging
- communication with state authorities and foreign partners
Requirements
- degree in law (graduate or final-year student)
- at least 1 year of relevant experience
- basic knowledge of Ukrainian sanctions legislation
- knowledge of administrative procedure (under the Code of Administrative Procedure) and criminal law (especially in the area of national security)
- understanding of Ukrainian case law in sanctions-related matters
- strong legal analysis and drafting skills
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- high level of responsibility and attention to detail
- English proficiency at B1+ level (an advantage)
