Yurydychna Gazeta has published the annual ranking of Ukrainian Women in Law 2025, recognising the leaders of the legal community. This year, among 120 law firms, two VB Partners representatives were among the industry’s most influential women.
Business Partner Anna Monakhova was recognised as Women Leaders of the Legal World.
Anna is the only leader who is not a lawyer. Her areas of responsibility are business development, reputation management, and client portfolio expansion. Anna’s contribution to the strategic development of VB PARTNERS is undeniable.
Svitlana Hlushchenko, Counsel at VB Partners, was recognised in the category Women Leaders: Impact on Practice.
Her professional experience includes positions as Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine. She holds a Doctor of Law degree and is an Honourable Lawyer of Ukraine. Her practical experience and knowledge strengthen her leadership positions in Dispute Resolution.
This is the first time Anna and Svitlana have been included in the Ukrainian Women in Law ranking, and we are incredibly pleased with this recognition of their professionalism and leadership.
